Make images pop with Lab Channel

How do you make an image pop without trying to hard in Photoshop? You can change a dull image to a much better one in any version of Photoshop. You need not be a photoshop expert to do it either.

Selecting Skin with Photoshop

Selecting skin in Photoshop can be difficult. Should you want to change the color or tone only the skin area has to be selected. Here is a way to do it in any version of Photoshop.

Cutting out Hair in Photoshop in Lab Color

Lab Color can be used to cut an image from a complex background cleanly and pasted onto a new one in Photoshop. It is not difficult and can be done in any version of Photoshop.

Ball Reflection with Photoshop Contact Sheet

This is a tutorial on creating a sphere or a ball with a reflection in Photoshop. For this we will use the Contact Sheet plugin. If you have never used it before, here is one way of using it.

The table is a free stock photo. The sphere and the reflection has been created using a score of free stock photos.
