This is a tutorial on blending an image with a block of text which can be used in graphic design.

Text and Silhouette

This is a simple but a great effect for a graphic using a silhouette and text.

Actions in Photoshop 2

You can use Actions in Photoshop to do a repetitive job. Here I have made a vignette and have applied it to another photo. It can be easily done.

Photoshop CS 3 Levels and Curves

You can use the Levels and Curves and the New Black and White Filter in Photoshop CS 3 to correct grainy photos, especially those taken with mobile cameras. It is quite easy to do.

Sometimes it may be necessary to apply the same technique to a number of images such as applying a border or a crop. Photoshop Actions does this for you.
