Blend If in Photoshop to blend two images

Blend If is a special way to blend to images without the necessity of making complex selections or masking in Photoshop. This is not very well known, but very useful and very easy.

This is a free stock image. The tree is very prominent, but the sky appears washed out.

This is another free stock image. I would like a cloudy sky like this behind the tree image.

Split Toning with Photoshop

Black and White Conversion in Lab Mode in Photoshop

There are many methods of changing a Color image to Black and White in Photoshop. The simplest is to press CTRL+SHIFT+U on your keyboard. Here is a method that gives very good results. It is simple to follow.

Here is something that you can do with Levels which you may have not tried before.  You can do it in any version of Photoshop. All you need is an image.

Inverse Selections is Photoshop

You can use Inverse Selections to edit portions of an image, while keeping a part intact. You do not need any special skill to do it. If you do not know how to make selections, I will how you an easy and accurate way of doing it. If you have a horror of the Pen Tool, you can use this method to make selections.

You can use layers to create a design without any filter in Photoshop.  It does not require much skill. All you need is an image. Any image will do to do this.
